The elite residential complex "Barrin House", located "three miles from the Kremlin", in Khamovniki, is an architectural monument to the cultural traditions of the Russian nobility of the 18th-19th centuries. The architectural appearance of "Barin House" was created by the "ABV Group" workshop. As conceived by the designers, the complex should ideally fit into the environment rich in history, create the atmosphere of an urban noble estate of the 18th – 19th centuries. Six adjoining low-rise mansions (from 7 to 12 floors) are united by a spacious courtyard. Each house has its own name, linking it with the famous noble dynasties: Romanovs, Volkonsky, Golitsyn, Dolgoruky, Trubetskoy, Razumovsky. The semantic "load" is expressed in the difference in facade solutions. Residents of the complex will be able to use their own elite fitness club with a swimming pool and SPA-zone, a children's club. A three-level underground parking lot with a car wash is designed for 762 cars. The improvement of the local area includes the creation of a playground, recreation areas, squares. Naturally, the fenced area of the complex will be guarded around the clock.
