LCD “House on Krasina” in the Presnensky district is a restored building of the Stalin era, combining modern technology, sophisticated architectural elements: half columns, heavy wooden doors, antique orders and design decoration of public areas. The house of variable number of storeys (5-8) consists of two sections with an area of 9,050 square meters. m and 2 830 sq. m. m. The house has a total of 147 apartments measuring from 37 to 60 square meters. m. Free lay-outs and ceilings with a height of 3.2 m suggest the creation of unique rooms according to their own design projects. The possibility of combining several apartments. The windows are metal-plastic double-glazed windows with increased sound insulation, armored entrance doors are installed. During the reconstruction, the engineering equipment of the complex was replaced.
