The elite residential complex of premium class "Ambassadorial House" is located in Borisoglebsky lane, opposite the house-museum of Marina Tsvetaeva. Nearby is the concentration of the centers of culture and art of the capital - the Central House of Writers, the State Theater of Film Actors, the Russian Academy of Music named after the Gnesins, the Musical Lounge of the House of Shuvalovs. The building itself was built of brick-monolithic walls with reinforced concrete floor slabs. The original shape of the building and the breakdown of window openings on the facade made it possible to create exclusive, dissimilar apartments. In the manufacture of unconventional windows, an array of rosewood was used. The adjacent building has stained-glass glazing in aluminum frames.
