"House of Narkomfin" - restoration of the famous building of the Soviet era, the House of employees of the People's Commissariat of Finance. The architects tried to preserve the historical style, at the same time, they adapted the object to the modern requirements of housing. The house consists of a residential building and a former communal block, connected by a passage, where the commercial infrastructure for the residents of the complex will be located. The 6 floors will house 46 apartments ranging from 31 to 128 sq. m. The restoration provides for the preservation of the original architectural and planning solutions: two-level apartments, an exploited roof, tape glazing. The protected area next to the house will be landscaped according to the original design project, which is intended to return the green area in the courtyard originally conceived by the architects. Paths will be laid in the shade of trees, cozy benches and places for rest will be placed. In addition, the private park will accommodate a multifunctional sports ground and a modern playground that meets all world trends, made entirely of environmentally friendly materials by the well-known German company Richter Spielgerate GmbH. In the immediate vicinity of the residential complex there are secondary schools 1234, 2123 named after Miguel Hernandez, 1239 with in-depth study of individual subjects, 1950, 1241, Romanovskaya school and others. Kindergartens 255, 342, Preschool departments of secondary schools.
