The Cloud Nine Club House is designed for only 45 apartments, which ensures a high level of privacy and comfort. They are sold with premium finishes and furnishings in two versions: “modern classic” and “industrial eco-friendly”. Ceilings from 3.5 to 8 m high add space and light to the apartments. For the convenience of residents, a two-level parking, a wellness zone, a kids club and a concierge service are provided. Former old mansions are equipped with engineering innovations: online air monitoring systems and heating the pedestrian zone of the courtyard.
